Privacy centre

You can request a copy of your data or delete it without signing in: we email you a single-use link, valid for one hour.

Export my data

You'll get a link to download a JSON file with your account, organisations, sessions, alerts and activity log (GDPR Art. 15 and 20).

Delete my data

You'll get a link to confirm the deletion of your account and personal data (GDPR Art. 17). This cannot be undone.

What data we process

Email, name, language, organisation and, if you buy a plan, the payment provider's customer id. API keys and links are stored only as SHA-256 fingerprints. We don't store your IP. Grid data is public and is not personal data.
